FESTIVAL IN THE PARK SCHEDULE - SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd

Location: Freedom Park - Charlotte, NC

• Plan to arrive early - parking will be very challenging

Attire: CPB Band t-shirt, Black Shorts/Pants, Black Shoes

Meeting Time: 10:00AM

Schedule:

• 10:00am - Load in at the Band Shell Pavilion and Freedom Park personnel microphone staging

• 11:00am - Brief full band rehearsal

• 12:00pm - Performance Begins! 

• 1:00pm - Performance ends - Everyone assist is striking the stage and loading all equipment and instruments

PARK ROAD BAPTIST CHURCH SCHEDULE - SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th

Location: Park Road Baptist Church

• Please park in the rear of the parking lot

Attire: Concert Black - Black Shirt, Black Pants/Skirt/Dress, Black Shoes

Meeting Time: 2:00PM

Schedule:

• 2:00pm - Set stage and percussion

• 2:30pm - Concert Call for full ensemble 

• 3:00pm - Brief rehearsal and sound check with Bobby

• 4:00pm - Performance begins!

• 5:00pm - Performance ends - everyone please assist in striking the stage
