FESTIVAL IN THE PARK SCHEDULE - SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd
Location: Freedom Park - Charlotte, NC
EVERYONE - plan to arrive early - parking will be very challenging
10:00am - Load in at the Band Shell Pavilion and Freedom Park personnel microphone staging
11:00am - Brief full band rehearsal and sound check with Bobby and with all Freedom Park personnel - wear all black attire and CPB pin
12:00pm - Performance Begins!
1:00pm - Performance ends - Everyone assist is striking the stage and loading all equipment and instruments
PARK ROAD BAPTIST CHURCH SCHEDULE - SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th
Location: Park Road Baptist Church
Please park in the rear of the parking lot
2:00pm - Set stage and percussion
2:30pm - Concert Call for full ensemble - Were all black attire and CPB pin
3:00pm - Brief rehearsal and sound check with Bobby
4:00pm - Performance begins!
5:00pm - Performance ends - everyone please assist in striking the stage
